2-3. 2TLS or TTLS of the Upper Limbs & TMJ
The 2TLS (or TTLS) can directly correct orthopedic muscle, tendon and/or ligament dysfunction. 2TLS is essential before any corrective structural manipulation. 2TLS is a technique that addresses the structural needs and sensory functions of tendons, ligaments and specific muscles. Its focus is to normalize mechanical tension in a contracted or shortened ligament, tendons and muscles by creating a temporary inhibition in their protective mechanism.
Common injuries that are essential to use 2TLS on: lumbago (a sprain of the lumbar muscle), sprain of any ligament such as in the ankle or knee, sprain of the TMJ, Tennis Elbow, Golf Shoulder, Ankle Inversion sprain, etc.

2-3. 2TLS or TTLS of the Upper Limbs & TMJ
Fibers, specifically collagen, are a major element of the fasciae. In a tendon or ligament, there are a larger proportion of fibers to cells. The fibers give these fasciae its tensile strength and determine their function.Specialized cells in ligaments and tendons have a sensory function giving valuable information the central nervous system.
The higher proportion of collagen fibers and the specialized sensory cell call for a different treatment strategy than fasciae with a lower proportion of fibers or sensory cells.
2TLS or TTLS is a technique that addresses the structural needs and sensory functions of ligaments and tendons.
Learn directly from the master himself. Guy VOYER, DO teaches precise techniques rooted in deep knowledge of fascial relational anatomy and tensegritive biomechanics. Over 40 years of dissections, clinical work, and patient treatments worldwide, prove VOYER's techniques and instruction invaluable. He has (and continues to) successfully treated world-class athletes with the same techniques he teaches today.
