The Global Spinology course (Lumbar spine, Thoracic cage, Thoracic spine) will not be a copy of the previous course.
For each part there will be two priorities: Biomechanics and TechnoMethodology.
I will not repeat descriptive anatomy or other secondary elements.
The only part that will be reviewed will be the practical applications of the old structural normalizations, with more time, more detail and more explanations.
A large number of new treatments and tests will be presented, so that you can leave this seminar with all the main elements mastered for immediate application.
LUMBAR SPINE
Technical Normalizations, Adjustments, Manipulations - I won't be repeating pumping, facial normalization and 2TLS, but I'll be going over the two or three main ones, as well as two or three new ones.
Biomechanical Tensegritive Application during walking and running.
A relational anatomy of the psoas with all its visceral, circulatory, lymphatic and autonomic nervous system links. As well as the demonstration and practice of new normalization techniques.
Fryette's laws in theory and practice. We'll discover specific Diagnostic tests, and we'll go over the tests and structural manipulations of the 12 tensegritive dysfunctions in greater detail and with more time.
THORACIC CAGE
Biomechanical Tensegritive Application - how the thoracic cage and ribs manage the thoracic spine. More detail, time and explanations of the arthro-kinematic analysis of the costo-vertebral system.
Technical Normalizations, Adjustments, Manipulations - I will show classic osteopathic normalization techniques that I've never shown before. I will no longer repeat pumping, facial normalization and 2TLS, but I will go back over the two or three main ones as well as two or three new ones.
Dysfunctions Differential Diagnosis, Radiological Diagnostics - Focusing on the costo clavicular syndrome and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, with tests, a radiological diagnostic explanation and differential diagnosis (carpal tunnel syndrome, cervical sprains, upper limb pain, etc.), and of course the complete treatments for this all-too-common, little-known and wrongly neglected syndrome...
Of course, we'll apply the classic dysfunctions at different levels (lower, medio-thoracic and upper).
Relational Anatomy - I'll begin to detail the anatomy and physiology of the autonomic nervous system in direct relation to rib movements.
THORACIC SPINE
Technical Normalizations, Adjustments, Manipulations - I will no longer repeat the pumping, facial normalizations and 2TLS, but I will go back over the two or three main ones as well as two or three new ones.
Master the biomechanics of the intervertebral disc at a high level.
I'll present a new element on tensegrity and the thoracic spine.
Diagnostic Tests & Dysfunctions - Explaining, demonstrating and applying the tests and normalizations of the 12 principal tenségritive dysfunctions at the different levels of the thoracic spine (lower, middle and upper).
